Terms and Conditions Agreement for "Cloud Engineering for Python Developers" Online Course Provided by MLOps Club L.L.C.

Introduction

Welcome to the "Cloud Engineering for Python Developers" online course provided by MLOps Club L.L.C. ("Provider"). This document serves as the terms and conditions under which you may participate in this Course. Our goal is to protect the intellectual property within the course materials while fostering an environment where sharing and discussing what you've learned is encouraged. 1. Acceptance of Terms

a. By enrolling in the Course, equivalent to signing up, you (the "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

b. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll in the Course.

2. Course Access

a. Lifetime access to the course materials is provided to registered Students.

b. Course materials include, but are not limited to, videos, written documents, and access to the course community.

c. Access to the Course and its materials is non-transferable and strictly for the use of the registered Student only.

3. Refunds

a. Students may request a full refund of the Course fee within 7 days of the course start date.

b. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

c. Refund requests must be submitted through the official communication channel provided upon registration.

4. Intellectual Property

a. All course materials are proprietary and exclusively owned by MLOps Club L.L.C.

b. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of any course materials, including access to the course community and videos, is strictly prohibited.

5. Reuse of Course Materials

a. Students are authorized to use the code examples provided in the Course in their own projects, even for commercial purposes, provided the use does not directly compete with the Course.

b. This authorization does not extend to the Course's structural elements, content layout, or any other proprietary materials.

6. Encouraged Practices

a. Discussing and sharing the knowledge and skills gained from the Course is encouraged.

b. Such discussions are viewed as beneficial to both community and personal development.

7. Course Platform Changes

a. The platform hosting the Course materials may change due to various reasons, such as improvements to service or platform shutdowns.

b. In the event of a change in the hosting platform, MLOps Club L.L.C. will ensure that all previously enrolled Students continue to have access to the Course materials on the new platform.

c. Students will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner using the contact information provided at the time of registration.

8. Prohibited Conduct

a. It is prohibited to share, sell, or transfer your Course access credentials or any content.

b. Engaging in unauthorized activities may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

9. Modifications to Terms

a. The Provider may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

b. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the course platform.

c. If you continue to use the Course after these changes are posted, you are agreeing to the new terms.

d. However, the following key terms will not change for students who enrolled before the modifications were made:

- Refund Policy: The refund terms that were in place when you purchased the course will still apply to you, no matter what future changes we might make for new students.

- Lifetime Access: If your enrollment included lifetime access to course materials, this promise will be honored even if future terms change for new students.

e. A representative of MLOps Club, L.L.C. will endeavor to notify you of any changes to the terms in a timely manner using the contact information provided at the time of your registration.

10. Governing Law

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.

b. Disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
